The problem, named
You were handed a system without a map.
Most people in their first two years of a school wellbeing role were hired to look after students in a place built for teaching, and given very little about how to actually do it. The role has no clear edges. The waitlist never ends. The reporting rules are serious, and nobody really trained you on them. None of that is a sign you are bad at this. It is the setup. This program gives you the map.

How it runs
Six sessions, fully online.

The program supports an honest claim of 12 or more CPD hours, and it is built for social workers, counsellors, and everyone else who logs professional development. It is CPD supporting and makes no accreditation claim.
$1,500 per place, GST inclusive. Sponsor yourself, or ask your school to sponsor your place.
What this is honest about. This program builds the capability of the person in the role. Its outcomes are about you: a clearer role, more confidence with reporting, a more sustainable load, and staying in the work. It does not claim to change your school’s system or your students’ outcomes. Those are a different kind of work.
